Our working lives today are filled with projects and tasks that can only be achieved if several people work together and support one another. In most workplaces employees are organised into various work teams, units or groups where they are expected to collaborate with each other. This book is all about these collaborations. It describes what collaborations are, what they hope to achieve, and why they are more effective in some groups than in others.
