Greta Rask has 25 years of experience from change and development work in predominantly international organizations. Her client experience includes IKEA, Sida (The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), SKF, AFROSAI-E, Global Adjustments in India, Swedish Municipalities and County Councils, among others. She holds a degree in Behavioral Science and Human Resource Development from the University of Stockholm, and has continued her studies mainly in Gestalt Theory and Methodology at the Gestalt Academy of Scandinavia, the Gestalt Centre of London, and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has lived and worked in Asia, Africa and South Europe. She is currently based in Sweden and works worldwide.
